Version 2.0 · Last updated 1 August 2026
Alexander Suites Paros wants people with different abilities, devices and assistive technologies to be able to obtain accommodation information, check availability and contact us. This statement describes our current target, the limits of the assessment completed so far and how to request assistance.
1. Accessibility target and current status
Our current target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. The website has not yet completed a full independent WCAG 2.2 AA conformance assessment. We therefore do not claim that the entire website or every booking step is fully conformant, certified or free of barriers.
2. Scope
This statement covers the public pages on alexandersuitesparos.com, including accommodation information, contact content, consent controls and the direct availability and booking journey. External websites reached through links have their own accessibility responsibilities and statements.
3. Assessment method
Work to date has included focused technical, content and rendered-page checks. It is not a substitute for a complete conformance audit across full pages and complete user processes. A dated assessment scope, methods, browser and assistive-technology matrix, results and remediation record must be maintained before any formal conformance claim is made.
4. Areas not yet fully assessed
The following areas require complete manual and assistive-technology testing and should be treated as assessment limitations, not as a statement that they conform:
- the full search, availability, reservation, payment or enquiry process, including validation, errors and status messages;
- keyboard-only operation, visible focus, skip mechanisms, dialogs, galleries and consent controls across all templates;
- screen-reader output, headings, landmarks, accessible names, form instructions and language changes in English and Greek;
- text resize, browser zoom, reflow, orientation, target size, contrast and mobile layouts;
- older images, media, downloadable documents and third-party components or embedded services.
When a confirmed barrier is identified, it should be recorded here with the affected page or process, an accessible alternative and the expected remediation date.
5. Feedback and reporting a barrier
If you cannot access information or complete a task, email info@alexandersuitesparos.com or call +30 22840 45729 or +30 694 010 7137. Please tell us, where practical, the page or step, what you were trying to do, the problem encountered and your preferred way to receive a response. Device, browser and assistive-technology details are helpful but not required.
We will acknowledge the request and work to provide an accessible response or a practical alternative as soon as reasonably possible. You do not need to disclose a diagnosis.
6. Alternative assistance
On request, we will try to provide accommodation, availability and booking information in an accessible alternative format or assist with the booking process by email or telephone. Assistance is subject to actual availability and the same confirmed commercial terms. If you need a property-related accessibility adjustment, contact us before booking so that we can provide accurate information and assess the available assistance.
7. Ongoing improvement and third-party services
Accessibility is reviewed when content, design, consent, booking or third-party technology changes. Third-party components remain within the scope of the user journey even where we cannot change their source code directly; we will seek remediation, an accessible configuration or a practical alternative when a barrier is confirmed.
8. Statement review
This statement was prepared and last reviewed on 1 August 2026. It is a transparent description of current assessment status and is not a WCAG certification or a legal determination that every accessibility obligation has been met. It will be updated after a material change, completed audit or confirmed new limitation.
